Mozi We circled the bridges and did the usual… butt kickers, high knees, Nur, kerioke.
Warmup SSH X2, strawberry pickers, arm circles, Michael Phelps, wind mills and Bad Back Stretches.
The Thang
After working through some over prepared logistics we were on our way with a Dora.
The exercises included the following:
100 Burpees
300 LBCs
200 Merkins
200 Air Squats
While one teammate was doing the exercise, the other teammate was jogging 60 yards carrying bricks and before turning around and coming back … 15 curls or 15 shoulder presses!
When the Dora was completed we voluntarily finished with 55 Merkins!
