The Thang

We will start the workout matched to the song.  After the first 30 seconds if the group can guess the correct Artist and Song Title we will stop and move on to the next one.  After 1 minute the guesses stop and we do 20 penalty SSHs OYO

*** That was the plan, however, Drake & Rowdy knew them all and answered within 2 seconds, so we did 20-30 of each to the songs.

Circle of Trust

FNG, JC  “Nastygram” :  he works IT for red light cameras.

I followed through on my promise of No Running. So I used Music to go with our work-out.

Music is a universal language, most all can appreciate and understand. like F3 Nation, Music is comprised of such diversity and when connected, it can bring up good memories, share common bonds, and bring together men of all diverse interests to share fellowship and great times. Another aspect of this work out, was the teamwork, we all showed in guessing these songs and we shared stories of where and what we were doing when the songs played had hit the charts. T-Claps to A Naperville Brother “Giggles” for given me this idea.

Prayers: Red card, Bing, Teachers, Scholl Administrators, etc, Military, Medical Specialist, First Responders, Law Enforcement, Farmers, and to the F3 brothers facing their own challenges, physical and mentally.

Today, We, as well as F3 Nation, wore Black for a HIM Brother, “Cash” from the Fort Region, who is losing his battle with Cancer. He is from Nashville and a big Johnny Cash fan. Prayers lifted for him , his family, and his F3 The Fort Region.

“You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end — which you can never afford to lose — with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”

Everyday, I appreciate the support within our pax and the help you all give me to push myself further than I thought I could.

Always Blessed & Honored, “if a man hasn’t told you this today, I love ya Brother”–Lancelot
