Weather: Cool 60 degree morning with a full moon lighting the way
It was with great honor that I re-introduced the Pax to a great friend who EH’ed YHC into F3 2 1/2 years ago. FishSticks was man enough to step up and Q the Pax before taking the family onto their next destination, so off we went for an extended mozi around the park, ending on the basketball court.

The Thang
The Pax lined up at one end of the court and worked out way across the court with various forms of transportation and exercises. 10 count for the transportation followed by 10 of the exercise. Who ever thought a basketball court would feel so long!!

Pax then counted off in 2. Half of the group did exercises while the other half did suicides on the court.

It was an honor to have such a good friend visit the region, and to step up and Q! This will be remembered by these HIM for a long time.
