Weather – Darn you humidity. We have had enough

With the looming half marathon for a few in attendance, today called for an easy 3-4 miles. With this in mind, we hit the bridge for some repeats. Rowdy added in some core exercises and Good was making some sort of gesture to the pavement upon the last repeat, not sure what it was.
Kudos to Lambeau for posting early for a pre-Run. Love the determination.
It was shared that an F3 brother took his own life (Raleigh area I believe). A reminder that we can not take for granted what we have and that we must lean on one another for strength. If you need help, reach out. If you are on strong footing, use that strength for others who need help.
