The List of 10

Weather was a little muggy but perfect for the beatdown to come!!

As the Pax began to roll in, they gathered around the front of Sniper’s truck to take a look at the “list” of exercises that were waiting to be done.  Lots of mumblechatter about the list and what we might do with it.  A short disclaimer was announced as we headed out for a mosey which included butt kickers, high knees and Carioca X2.

The Thang:

With the “List” on the front of my truck illuminated by my flashlight, the list was explained.  The list was the following:

  1. SSH-20 reps
  2. Overhead claps -20 reps
  3. Squats-20 reps
  4. LBC’s-20 reps
  5. Carolina Dry Docks- 20 reps
  6. Lunges-10 per leg
  7. American Hammers-20 reps
  8. Merkins- 20 reps
  9. Burpees- 10
  10. Mountain Climbers-20 per leg

    Exercise #1 would be performed then run a lap around the parking lot and return.  Exercises #1 & 2 would be performed then run a lap around the parking lot and return.  Exercises #1,2 &3 would be performed and well you get the idea, until all 10 exercises were complete.  Lots of mumble chatter until we reached exercise #6 the lots of moaning and groaning was heard.  The Pax was amazing as everyone encouraged each other and everyone completed the beatdown with 3 minutes to spare which left some time for a partial “Round of Mary” which included merkins, overhead claps, SSH and Banjo’s Superman/??.
