    4. Jabs singe, double
    5. Cross Jabs
    6. Groiners (plank, bring foot to outside of hand)
  2. Main Course – B.O.M.B.S.  – Tag Team Circuit
    1. 100 – Burpees/ overhead clap
    2. 150 – Hand Release Merkins
    3. 200 – Frog Jump Squats
    4. 250 – Meraki Night Club Claps
    5. 300 – Assisted cross jab sit-ups
