Iron Sharpens Iron

Weather – Not as bad as June, July and August.

It has been a while since YHC has been to this great AO, so the way to fix that is to grab a Q, and today was the day.  Clearly some of the pax were looking forward to the gloom, as Condenser even mentioned that he was dreaming about me.  Thankfully no further explanation was shared on that comment.

Disclaimer was shared and Liverpool was welcomed (Pax from Carpax) and off we went for a mosey around the parking lots including high knees, butt kickers, Toy Soldiers, Nur and Carioca.  A few more laps were planned but the mumble chatter already began about how the rest of the pax is not training for a half marathon like the Q is.  Fine, no more laps..sorta.

If you haven’t started listening to the various F3 Podcasts, it is strongly encouraged that you do. Both the roundtable call and the 43 feet call are filled with great leadership topics and thought starters for all. They all can be found here: https://f3nation.com/podcast/

It is always an honor to lead a group of HIM such as this.  I need to make it a habit to visit this AO more often as it is filled with some great men who give all they got in the gloom.  And, so that Condenser has more to dream about!

-Bing out.
