Seabreeze and Sunrise… Really?

Conditions: 80 with 10 plus mph TampaBay Breeze.

If you have not been to DTSP beatdown yet to participate in a beatdown, your missing out!!!!


After 6 pack and I finally found the correct parking lot and found the ST Pete PAX. Smudge gave Q great direction on where we could conduct the beatdown.  With out delay Chore principals and disclaimers were echoed and a 300 yard  jog commenced including high knees, Nur, butt kickers and kerioke.


As the sun rose over the water, we hit the following…SSH, Strawberry Pickers, Michael Phelps, Arm circles, Merkins And BBS. (JimmyDeans or Old man stretches)

The Thang:

The Pax starts with the first exercise and then has to run 40 yards to park benches and do either 10 triceps dips or 5 Stepups/per leg  and then return to the workout and repeat the prior exercise(s)  before going on to the next.  Here are the exercises!!!!

20 SSH

20 Overhead claps

20 Air Squats

20 LBC

20 Carolina Drydocks

20 American Hammers

20 Lunges

20 Merkins

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Burpees

With 5 minutes left we jumped into a 7 with burpees and SSH.
