Group 1 will do a Dora 1.2.3. Run will be short in order to keep the pace up. Partner 1 does an exercise while partner 2 begins the exercise. When Partner 1 returns, flip flop and partner 1 continues the count from where Partner 2 ended. Exercises are as follows:
- 100 Salsa Dips
- 200 Big Boy Sit-ups
- 300 Merkins
Group 2 will start with the Pit of Misery which includes the following.
- 1 Burpee x 4 Side Straddle Hops – Lap around outside of rink – plank for the six
- 2 Burpees x 8 SSH – Lap around outside or rink
- Progressing to 10 Burpees and 40 SSH
Once completed, each group flip flops to the other station.
If time permits – The pax will spread out for a round of Merkin Ladders which includes 1 Merkin, Lap around the Ice Rink, 2 Merkins – 1 lap, 3 merkins – 4 Merkins up to 10.
Moleskin: This weekend we celebrate the Ms. As we have learned with the concentrica, the M is the center most relationship a man should have. We must work hard at perfecting this relationship as it is a voluntary relationship and is the MOST important relationship in the concentrica. Our quiver is full of arrows, and some arrows might go awry, but it is important to keep working on firing every arrow to the center of the bullseye.
