  • LBC’s
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Heels to Heaven

The Thang:

It’s as simple as ABC! Each letter starts with a 1/4 mile run followed by a series of exercises.  Always count on one leg if you need to ask:

A. 1/4 Mile run

  • 5 Burpees
  • 30 LBC’s
  • 30 Imperial Walkers
  • 30 Merkins
  • 30 Hillbilly Walkers

B. 1/4 Mile Run

  • 5 Burpees
  • 30 Lunges
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Calf Raises
  • 30 Plank Jacks

C. 1/4 Mile Run

  • 5 Burpees
  • 30 American Hammers
  • 30 Monkey Humpers
  • 30 Salsa Dips
  • 30 Big Boy Situps

Wrap Up

  1. 10 Burpees
  2. 1/4 Mile Run

Rinse and repeat if needed.
