B. 1/4 Mile Run
- 5 Burpees
- 30 Lunges
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 30 Calf Raises
- 30 Plank Jacks
C. 1/4 Mile Run
- 5 Burpees
- 30 American Hammers
- 30 Monkey Humpers
- 30 Salsa Dips
- 30 Big Boy Situps
Wrap Up
- 10 Burpees
- 1/4 Mile Run
