Conditions: 80 degrees and 84% humidity. (Great for dry skin I guess)

Mozi: We stared w the core principles and took off around the bridges jogging and doing the following…. butt kickers, high knees, kerioke and nur!

Warm up: SSH, Strawberry Pickers, Imperial Walkers, MP, arm circles and bad back stretches.

The Thang:

We gathered mid Sniper Hill in front of the “Board of Happiness “ and started a stack workout that included 20 of each of the following workouts.  Of course, before you moved on to the next exercise u had to repeat the prior exercise.

20 SSH

20 Overhead claps

20 Squats

20 Carolina Dry Docks

20 Lunges

20 American Hamers

20 Merkins

40 Mountain Climbers

10 Burppees

Between each workout we ran about 60 yards to the tower seating and performed tricep dips or step ups.
