You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink

Goin’ down the only road I’ve ever known”

“You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink”

12th Century proverb’s origin used to emphasize that you can make it easy for someone to do something, but you cannot force them to do it or that you can give someone an opportunity but not force them to take it.
Sound familiar?
F3 : Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
We provide an opportunity to all men that could make a definite impact on their lives in so many ways, however one of our biggest challenge is to retain our pax and get them to push themselves out of their comfort zones and help them become stronger men; Physically, Mentally, and in Faith.
Some see F3 as 3 divisions: The 3 Fs, where as those who benefit the most out of F3, become immersed in all 3 Fs. Utilizing all 3 spectrums together,  one would see another level of how F3 makes a difference in one’s perspective of life.
Going back to the message,  we can ask Pax to come out and work out, etc, but pax who don’t take the opportunity to grow and step up their potential with F3, will lose out on what the HIM of F3 are thriving on in life.
As told by a great F3 mentor on my 1st post…
“you only get out of F3 is what YOU put into it”
Most know that F3 supported me in my growth with my running,  however because of their support and helping me become stronger in my Faith,  I had a Shiedlock of Brothers watching over me.  Recently,  I needed some extra prayers and I wasn’t hesitant to reachout, knowing that if i did,  I knew there would be no hesitation with response. Within 5 minutes, the calls, texts, etc were coming In.  As I was praying,  I could feel those prayers on my heart, as the calmness and lifting weight emerged. Thank you Brothers. “Living the 3rd Life”
So the opportunity is there,  it’s YOU that have to choose what you’re going to do with that opportunity !

Because brothers don’t let each other wander in the dark alone. -Jolene Perry

A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a difficult time. Proverbs 17:17

I believe in the brotherhood of all men, but I don’t believe in wasting brotherhood on anyone who doesn’t want to practice it with me. Brotherhood is a two-way street.
The Thing: A nice walk to exercise my mind to think about life and what God wants us to be in this time of Craziness

Prayers: I Spy and his quest for employment, Chilipepper’s Mom and friends in Chile, & Condensor.
