Conditions 67 humid and dark

Mozi We jogged the lot and did the normal stuff… high knees, Nur,kerioke, butt kickers.

Warmup
SSH, arm circles, Phelps, strawberry pickers, Imperial Walkers and bad back stretches!

The Thang

We set out on a 2 mile run 1 mile out to state road 70 with a stop every 1/4 mile where we did 3 exercises : upper body, chore and legs. 20 Merkins, 20 lbcs and 20 air squats.  When we hit the 1 mile point we hit 10 burpees and turn around and head back to Nolan stopping every 1/4 mile and doing 20 shoulder taps, 20 Big boys and 20 lunges. When we got back to Nolan it was another 10 burpees!
