New “Bing Deck”

Conditions Oh my!!! 55 and stars… incredible morning.


We did one lap around w the usual mozi stuff, Nur,high knees,butt kickers, kerioke……

Warm up

SSHops, mountain climbers, Strawberry pickers, imperial Walkers, merkins,SSHops again and last but not least, bad back stretches.

The Thang

We started with an 11.

Shoulder taps and leg lifts

Then we hit the tower for a Dora on the Prominade Deck….. hold up! Audible, we are calling it the BING deck!!!

The exercises were in order: 100 Burpees, 300 LBCs, 200 Merkins which we all made it to a little over 100 Merkins when Tim ran out.  Mode of transportation while one partner was doing the exercise was down /up 2 flights of stairs and then 10 air squats.
