Week 0 | Introduction

Pax arrived at 6:15 (well most of them) for the first week of this 3rd F gathering. There was some fruit, breakfast bars, and juice available. Some prefer not to eat before the 7am beatdown because of FOS (Fear of Splash).
This was the introductory week for Killing Kryptonite. There was no reading assignment, just the introduction if you already had the book. If you missed this week it is no big deal. I will do a quick review next week. All Pax are still welcome to attend. I still have 1 more book for sale.
About this book and the reading assignment:

- How to read the book:
- 28 chapters divided into 4 sections (7 chapters each)
- We are reading a section every 3 weeks (2 chapters, 3 chapters, 2 chapters)
- 12 total weeks, concluding on September 8.
- Devotional style Chapters. Please do NOT read more than one chapter per day.
- Do the ‘Take Action’ at the end of each chapter.
- Should take appx 15 minutes to complete a chapter.
- The first week’s reading assignment is Chapters 1-2.
- Please read through Chapter 2 (no more than one chapter per day) by next Saturday 6/23.
We all have supernatural abilities, just like superman. We get our supernatural strength from the Holy Spirit. The holy spirit gives us a supernatural nature and supernatural powers. Our supernatural nature is revealed by the fruits of the spirit.
Galatians 5:22-23 (NLT): But the holy spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things.
These are supernatural abilities. For example, the word used for love is Agape, which is also used to describe God’s love for us. This is an unending, unconditional love, that we are not naturally capable of. We are also given supernatural power by the Holy Spirit. These things include: Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues, Prophecy, Wisdom, Discernment, Knowledge, Wonder Working Faith, Miracles, Wondrous Healing. If you have been around F3 long enough, then you have heard the testimonies from some of our Pax about the supernatural occurrences they have witnessed in their own lives. God is alive and is still in the miracle business.
Purpose of this book:
- Learn to Identify our Spiritual Kryptonite
- Learn how to eliminate it from our lives and destroy it forever
- WHY? – So that we can live in complete freedom and live up to our full potential in Christ
