PAX: Deepdish, Rowdy, Lambeau, JD….once he got off the can

Quick review of the 5 core principles

At 5:15 the Pax headed toward the Ft. Hamer bridge for Florida hill repeats.  PAX crossed the street and headed south over the bridge to the stop light for the warmup.  PAX spent the remainder of the workout running back and forth across the bridge turning up the pace during the climbing portions of the bridge. Some of the PAX mixed in additional exercises every 1/4 mile  Exercises consisted of LBC’s, Merkins, Burpees, and squats.

Total distances for the PAX ranged from just shy of 3 miles to 5.5 miles.

Announcements: JD has a BIB for the Ft Hamer race if anyone is interested.  Contact JD directly. Sept 7th is the launch of Clearwater.  Sept 9th is Ronald McDonald House, sign-up list coming soon.  August Q’s still available

Prayers: Continued Prayers for JD’s niece.  Praying that she finds the strength to make the appropriate choices when facing tough situations   Prayers for friends of JD who are learning to find their way individually after being married 26 years and recently divorcing   Prayers/Praises for Rowdy as he continues his path into mission work.
