Week two of the Heritage Harbor recon found Mr. Clean already in the parking lot when YHC arrived. Sparky was right behind and Chilli Pepper showed up a few minutes later. Mr. Clean and Chilli Pepper were both sporting ruck sacks for this beatdown.

We headed down to the ball fields with our waters and left them on a bench before running back to the parking lot. We ran about half way up the lot, performing Carioca x2, high knees, butt kickers and nur, before turning around to head back. At the south end of the lot we circled up for COP.

Warm up exercises included:
- Side Straddle Hops – 15 IC
- Agitators – 10ish OYO
- Michael Phelps OYO
- Imperial Walkers – 10 IC
- Toy Soldiers – 10 IC
- Strawberry Pickers – 10 IC
Thang
At this point we headed back to the ball field where Sparky and YHC set a light on each base. The plan was fairly straight forward; run to first base, do 10 reps of the exercise, run to the next base and repeat. Finish up with 10 reps at home plate and then we would do another exercise. Along the way the pax volunteered some different modes of transportation.

- Monkey Humpers
Transportation included sprints, nur, carioca, bear crawl and lunge walk
With about 15 minutes left we headed for the path around the lake. We made it almost to Costco before turning back. Along the way the pax performed some step ups on benches, merkins, squats and various other exercises, mostly while allowing YHC to catch up.
We arrived back at the parking lot at 6:00 for our COT.

- Mr. Clean’s wife – the doctors at the ER gave her the wrong medicine for what she has so she is just now getting the meds she needs.

Thanks to Chilli Pepper and Mr. Clean for joining Sparky and YHC in the gloom. This park has a lot to offer for a weekly AO and we all agreed we are looking forward to coming back.
