This is what happens when you put VQ in charge :)

Focus was cardio and abs…. and we were off …

Mosy around parking lot including high knees, butt kicks and karaokes then over to basketball court for some cardio fun.

Two sets of each

  • Forward suicides
  • 1 minute of Side Straddle Hops
  • Backwards suicides
  • 1 minute of Merkins
  • Forward suicides
  • 1 Minute LBC

Well deserved water break 🙂

We then jogged back to far end of parking lot for some more cardio and abs focus

Using the posts for more cardio we weaved in and out each post roughly 20 posts and create 4 stops and at each stop we did reps of

  • Heals to Heaven (100 in total)
  • Flutter Kicks (100 in total)
  • American Hammer (100 in total)

We still had some time left so we did a round of Mary including 10 reps of each (I think as my memory is shot)

  • Moroccan Nightclubs
  • Homer giving to Marge
  • Squats
  • Carolina Dry Docks
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Windmill
  • And Gator ended us wth burpees
