I skipped the Mission, Core Principles and Credo because no one was there to complain about it. I know that stuff pretty well by now.
COT before the ride as usual. Name-a-rama was pretty quick. Respect to ME. Announcements, praises and prayers:
- Announce: Gridlock’s SuperHero 5K Saturday 15-FEB, Grow Ruck FL
- Prayers: Trane / Sara, Ripken / Lori, Bubbles, Injured pax, first responders, all prayers from Lancelot/NBP this AM, and a quick prayer for all those who continue to mock my 36 lb steel Schwinn cruiser.
The Thang: 6:00AM sharp start because Ripken wasn’t there blabbering about something, or nothing. Goal, as usual, was to beat 60 minutes or exceed 17.0mph average speed on my typical 17 mile loop. I was close @ 16.8mph. For the first and only time at F3 Tuesday cycling, I finished in first place. Yeah me!
