Celery Fields: Hill Sprints + Beatdown

Only one other hardcore Pax was able to make it to beatdown. I went over the plan of attack with Steel. With anticipation and focus we did a quick 3 lap mosey around the parking lot.

The Warm up routine consisted of 20 ssh, 10 strawberry pickers, 10 dry docks, 10 toy soldiers, and 10 mountain climbers.

The Thang began: We Immediately launched into full sprint up mount destiny.

We quickly reached the top where we performed 20 arm circles, 20 overhead claps, and 20 imperial walkers. With no time wasted… jogged back down to bottom and fired out a set of 20 tricep dips, 20 sit pikes, and 20 incline Merkins. Then with no time to catch our breath sprinted back up the hill. We completed 5 full rounds of this routine with no breaks and no skipped reps.

Cool down: 2 minutes of LBC’s (70reps), 2 minutes of push-up position planks and finished with side-to-side single leg squats for a set of 10 each leg.

Total Count: 720 reps. and 25 floors (elevation)

The beatdown ended with a prayer to the ever living God to increase our strength in faith with the courage to live it.

*Much respect to Steel for powering through this workout. Seeing his intensity, motivated me to go harder than I would have.
