5 core principles were referenced and Mozy!  High Knees and butt kickers along with some mumble chatter initiated today beatdown.  Followed by SSH, Michelle Phelps, Agitators and some old fart back stretches for Stagecoach.. (thanks JD).

 

Each pax grabbed 2 35 pond masonry block

One minute to complete qty or distance

 

  1. 30 Balls to the wall on coupon
  2. 30 Coupon swings
  3. 40 ft x 3 Coupon bear crawl drags
  4. 30 Coupon clean and jerk
  5. 30 Coupon side bends
  6. 40 ft x 3 Coupon push
  7. 30 Coupon squats (tapping 6 on upright masonry block)

 

Rinse and repeat….

 

  1. 30 Balls to the wall
  2. 30 Coupon swings
  3. 40 ft x 3 Coupon bear crawl drags
  4. 30 Coupon clean and jerk
  5. 30 Coupon side bends
  6. 40 ft x 2 Coupon push with 2 coupons
  7. 30 Coupon squats (tapping 6 on masonry block laying down long ways)

 

Had a few minutes so did

  • 10 full curls + half curls to parallel to the floor + 10 parallel to upright curls
  • Same but 5 and 4 count up and 4 count down
    • 5 full curls + 5 half curls to parallel to the floor + 5 parallel to upright curls
  • Same but 3 and 10 count up and 10 count down
    • 3 full curls + 3 half curls to parallel to the floor + 3 parallel to upright curls
