Message: Many Pax are struggling with their own challenges in this time of uncertainty. We don’t know what they are going through, however, we can reach out to be there with them through their difficult times. Like this work out, we can join them on their challenge, but not necessarily do it for them. As in life, we can’t always resolve the issues someone is having, but just being there for them and being by their side, makes a world of difference. These exercises or laps were challenging, however, once your partner joined in, you got that little extra “push” or momentum to get through it. Maybe sometimes, that’s all we need is that extra little “push” & knowing you have someone by your side.
