11 Pax posted for a Sparky and Tex improvised beatdown. Many Pax were not present because they were participating in the “Care 2 Tri” run in Lakewood Ranch. A big shoutout to all those HIM that were supporting a great cause this morning. You have made such a huge difference in the lives of these children.  Thank you for representing F3. I am so proud to call you all brothers.

Mosey

We took a mosey along the lot and around the pond. It included butt kickers, carioca, and nur.

We circled up in the echo chamber for the COP.

The Thang

Speed Bumps! We did a speed bump run, stopping at every bump on the way up. 20 Merkins, 20 Air Squats, 20 Big Boy Situps. Since it was not our typical 5:15 speed bump run, we had to be on the lookout for… “CAR!” ……. “GAME ON!” Tex took over on the way back. Mode of transportation between bumps alternated between toy soldiers and butt kickers. 20 Reps each of: Moroccan Night Clubs, SSH, Overhead Claps.

Finisher

Circle Merk. I forgot the official name, so I went with what was easiest to remember. Bear Crawl (CCW, Papa Smurf) and a Merkin Deuce on crop dust.

  • Prayer’s for Sparky’s co-worker Mark who is traveling to Mexico this week for month long cancer treatments.
  • Prayers for F5 friend who’s son died in a fight this past Halloween. Prayers for healing, understanding, and calm in this horrible tragedy.
  • Safe travels for all other traveling Pax.
  • Prayers of healing and recovery for all injured Pax.
