Brothers of the gloom- after much discussion with the leadership of the Suncoast, it is time we put family first and adhere to the CDC recommendations set forth. Collectively, we need to do our part to help flatten the curve so we can return to normal operations. It’s also important to note that we are in an older community with higher risk individuals, along with those who have family members battling various diseases/cancers.
With this being said, we will be transitioning all AOs to a Virtual AO and all beatdowns will be done outdoors, in your driveway, lanai or backyard. Grab your 2.0s and Ms to join you! You never know, your neighbor might be inspired to join you! You are free to get together to work out, but it is highly suggested to keep it to a small number of people.
1st F:
The Q as currently scheduled will post his weinke on Groupme and on Facebook Mumble Chatter the night prior to the beatdown.
Rise up early, get the beatdown done, and post photos/comments afterwards.
2nd F:
Groupme and Facebook Mumble Chatter will provide plenty of fellowship. Phone calls are great also! And need a running, cycling or ruck buddy, call a guy or two and arrange something small.
3rd F:
Look for a bible plan/bible study to be posted soon. Also, Bayside will be hosting a nightly video reflection at 1900 hours. There is a kid friendly version available also. https://mybayside.church/covid-19/
There is a lot of unknowns with this virus, but one thing we do know is that the men of F3 Suncoast are true High Impact Men. Lead when called on, and be the rock for your family.
If you have any needs during these times, do not hesitate to reach out for assistance. While it feels like we will be OYO, with the love of this brotherhood, you are never truly OYO!
Aye!
