Dirt Dart’s Army

On Saturday, November 16, Dirt Dart felt the Clearwater F3 group needed to get a taste of PT from decades ago experiences he was able to muster. The temperature in Dunedin was a brisk 62, cloudy and little chance of rain, although some mist was felt towards the end of the routine.

The group gathered into a circle, down in full plank position for a brief intro, F3 principles, disclaimer and an intro of what was to come. After the 2 minute intro concluded, many sighs of relief could be heard as some dropped from plank position.
