This workout was in Remembrance Of All those who lost there lives on this day 17 years ago!!!  The attacks caused the deaths of 2,996 people and the injuries of more than 6,000 others.[119] The death toll included 265 on the four planes (from which there were no survivors), 2,606 in the World Trade Center and in the surrounding area, and 125 at the Pentagon.[120][121] Most of those who perished were civilians, with the exception of 343 firefighters, 72 law enforcement officers, 55 military personnel.  We will Never Forget!!

There was a lot of Mumble chatter on this workout.  We all persevered through it and felt stronger because of it.  I Imaged all the people who were walking either down or up stairs that day as I was doing this workout. Thanks to the 10 PAX who joined me on this workout!!
