2 Guys and a Q

2 men decided to set out in the GLOOM to tackle this rainy morning.

With my foot not functional I decided to start the ground and pound.

With just the 2 of us we decided to stay together and work through our aches and pains.

The Thang:

Starting off with lucky 11s with 11 LBS and 1 merkins than build up 11-1

We lunged b/t the exercises

25 Carolina Dry Docks and 25 Flutter kicks

We completed more LBCs.

This was some great F2 time to really get to know Clutch.   I was not feeling good physically but I pushed through with some great mumblechatter.
