  • 400 Meter run (2 minutes)
  • 55 SSH IC Q led (Q will count only)
  • 5 Dimond Merkin
  • 5 Merkin
  • 5 Wide Merkin
  • 6″ hold for 30 count Q Led
  • ——
  • 55 High Knees (count right leg only)
  • 5 Dimond Merkin
  • 5 Merkin
  • 5 Wide Merkin
  • 400 Meter run (2 minutes)
  • ——
  • 55 Salsa Dips IC Q Led.
  • Plank for the 6 (30 count if solo)

 

The Thang (now that we are warmed up)

10 Rounds with increment of 1:

  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Squat
  • 1 SSH
  • 1 Flying Squirrel (burpee minus the merkin)
  • 50 meter run

Each round increase rep by 1 till you get to a total of 10 each.
