The Thang (now that we are warmed up)
10 Rounds with increment of 1:
- 1 Burpee
- 1 Squat
- 1 SSH
- 1 Flying Squirrel (burpee minus the merkin)
- 50 meter run
Each round increase rep by 1 till you get to a total of 10 each.
