79 Degrees…..asphalt added another 10 degrees…

The first beatdown at the new Monday AO, Winn-Dixie Land, was well attended.  22 PAX decided to get a jumpstart on their week and start the day off right with a beathdown.

0515 YHC reviewed the 5 Core Principles with an emphasis on modify as necessary……

We started with a 1 lap Mosey around the parking lot…..butt kickers, nur and carioca to both sides were included….PAX then circled up for COP which included

SSH’s IC

Strawberry Pickers IC

Windmills IC

PAX then counted off by 2’s and YHC divided the PAX into two separate team.  One team had blue cards the other team had red cards…..the idea was that each deck of cards was divided in half and placed approximately 75 yards apart in the parking lot.  Each suit represented a different exercise.  Each team would start at one side and flip a card and do the corresponding exercise and count……2-10, face cards were worth 10, Aces were 11.  After completing the initial count/exercise the PAX would run to the other side of the parking lot and the 6 would flip a card from that 1/2 of deck…..RINSE and Repeat until time expired…….
