Pax was grumbling and a bit tired… now for the Thang
Split in 3 teams. 2 60 Lb and 1 100 Lb sandbag were at the top of the field. Teams were to do the following exercises completing the individual total. Once complete they could aid their team members in completing their total till all team was done with the exercise. Then they moved on to the next exercise. Every minute each pax would alternate running up to a sandbag and doing 3 overhead throw sandbag burpees.
