Conditions: 70 degrees and foggy

Mozi and warmup: The Mozi had all the usual stuff… Nur, Kerioke,regular and more Nur. The warmup included SSH, Imperial walkers,Merkins, Michael Phelps, arm circles and bbs.

The Thang: We started out w an 11 inside the echo chamber that included Merkins and in and outs, we jumped on some Ripkin line drills and then moved on to running a quarter mile circle that had 3 stops. Each stop included 22 of the following exercises.

LBC/ big boys

Squats/Mountain climbers

Merkins/ Carolina dry docks

the pax made 5 trips around the circle

Once finished with the 5 rounds … you headed over to the basketball courts for some fun!
