Weather was delightful on this Friday morning. After reciting the five core principles, we begin the usual mosey. We were quickly redirected by security guards who told us that the tower had been rented by Camp gladiator.
No worries, as Ripken had planned a bit down on the lighted trail with the palm trees. The workout was done in the theme of a military fitness test. This combined a 2 mile run, two minutes of push-ups in two minutes of sit ups.
Stations were made at each side of palm trees and alternated between Amercan like exercises and set up like exercises. Motive transportation was running but was mixed up with the occasional nur.
After several rounds of this we headed towards the tower at 5:45, as the security guards had left. On the Bing dock we did 10 minutes of a round of Mary. Lastly we did five Burpee’s and a jail break.
There were announcements for the Suncoast Wildman on December 3-5, as well as a serve opportunity mentioned by rowdy at the end of October.
prayers for sniper who is doing a drive to Louisiana to help farmers, Ripken‘s father-in-law, Bill, who is dealing with bladder cancer, and prayers for Lancelot who is traveling to do grow rock but also struggling with plantar fasciitis. We laid hands virtually on Lancelot and prayed over him as well as thanked God for all of our blessings. Prayers for first responders and all those struggling with Covid including our president.
