Weather:  Who cares – it is FRIDAY

Disclaimer shared, core principles and mission statement given and off we went for a mosi.  Halfway around the lot we stopped for SSH X30 IC, Windmill x10IC and 10 Monkey humpers IC to honor a late ChiliPepper driving by.  Mosi included the usual Carioca, Nur, Butt Kickers and high knees.

Once at the base of the tower, it was time for some more COP which included Merkins IC, LBCs IC and Heels to heaven IC.

It was time to get to work with the four corners of the tower.  It was time for an escalating four corner workout.  Four exercises to be done at each corner.  Starting with 5 sets, then 10 sets for second round, and then 15 sets for final round.  In between each round we took a jailbreak to the top of the tower and back.  Exercises were Carolina Dry Docks, LBCs, Squats and Burpees.  While this sounded easy on explanation, there was some confusion overall.  But in the end, everyone did a TON of each exercise and got in their cardio running up the tower.

Final Jailbreak was called with a round of Mary at the top of the tower.  Mary included American Hammers, Say My Names and flutter kicks.

Moleskin: Gentlemen, we can’t control our situations.  We can control how we respond though.  Choose to respond with a positive frame of mine and how we can improve our current situations.  Do not let those situations control you in a negative way.

Always an honor to lead!
