YHC arrived at 0445 to set up for the festivities and noticed that Defib was already out running and Gridlock was preparing to headout.  After exchanging pleasantries with Gridlock YHC headed across the bridge to set up for today’s workout.

The Thang consisted of Fort Hamer Bridge repeats……YHC placed a light at base of the northside of the bridge, YHC also placed two glowsticks in the middle of the bridge, .35miles away, and then YHC also placed a light at the southside of the bridge, .35miles away from the glow sticks.

PAX were encouraged to run hard from the base/light on the northside to the glow sticks and then recover to the base/light on the southside then repeat from the southside heading back to the northside.  Many of the PAX had at least 3 bridge crossings and a few were able to get to 4.

It was great to see 14 additional PAX out there this morning pushing one another outside of their comfort zones and conquering the Ft Hamer bridge.
