YHC pulled in the parking lot at 5:50am, still dark and noticed a car already parked, At first I thought it was a Law Enforcement Officer parked to ruck with us but Defib stepped out and was ready to ruck. We thought it was only going to be the two of us but at 5:58 we saw lights from the darkness of the parking lot and here comes Bing. We moved at a good pace 14.34 per mile, not a bad Pre-Q warm-up.

At precisely 6:59am while the PAX were chatting YHC called “one minute” and at 7am yours truly Cavallino called the 5 principles (with the help from Bing). The new FNG and visiting Pax were also welcomed.

“Eyes on me” and here we go: Two laps around the parking lot for a quick mosey included High knees, Backward jog and side-shuffles. The Pax moved to the open grass area to circle up for:

SSH x 20
Imperial Walker x 10,
Wind Mill x 10
Strawberry Pickers x 10
Merkins x 10

Thirty strong came out for the Q. Today Q’s proved that there is no limit how far the Pax can be pushed. YHC thanked the PAX for coming out and for attending this morning’s Q.

The message: The three corners of life:

Hope, Plan, Action (achieve your goals)

If we can do anything to change our current status and we feel in control it gives us HOPE.

HOPE will lead us to have a PLAN.
With the right PLAN we can take action and with the right action we will achieve our goals.

Prayers: Life is not just about us but about extending a had to someone who needs us and we can offer HOPE.
