The morning started with a few Pax partaking of some pre-work.  The weather was perfect, and the air was heavy with anticipation.

We started with the 5CP and mission statement.  Since we had an FNG, a long-ish mozy that included the usually array of was performed.

After running the Pax through a series of Jacks, abs series commenced.

Each Pax did 25 LBCs and then Bear Crawled across the turf for 5 minutes.  Each pax counted how many sets they did.  They teams were then awarded cards for their efforts.

The second sets was 20 American Hammers and a run.

The third set was Long Swimmers and Bear Crawls

The fourth set was In/Out Jumps and a run.

The last set was 3 plank circles and a run. It’s hard to run when that dizzy.

The teams brought their cards to the center.  Team 2 had the best poker hand and the others did burpees in their honor.

Remember that “Christ died while we were still sinners…”  Christ came into our lives when we didn’t deserve him.  We need to step into others lives even when they don’t deserve it as well.  Live the life that Christ modeled for us.
