70 degrees and humid….great way to start the Monday.

YHC arrived a few minutes early to find a few PAX chatting in the parking lot and notice that Goob was out running.  YHC prepared the AO by placing 4 glowsticks at 4 corners of the parking lot.

At 0515 Core Principles were reviewed in detail due to the presence of an FNG…..who we later found out was an attorney.  Good thing YHC stressed “These are only Suggestions and Modify as Necessary”

YHC revealed the plan….today would be a modified 4 corners workout where the PAX would complete a suggested exercise twice around the AO.  The first time the counts were 5,10,15,20 and then PAX would repeat the exercise and the counts were 20, 15, 10, 5.
