Deck of Cards: Card dictates the number or reps per exercise designated.

Face cards 10x Ace 15x, Joker 5 of all exercises.

♦️ Diamonds = Evander Holyfields

♠️ Spades = Captain Thor – 1:4 ratio. 1 big boy sit up to 4 American Hammers

♥️ Hearts =  Lunges:   both legs equals 1

♣️ Clubs = Burpees with Hand-Release Merkins

Mode of Transportation:

Message:

1. “It’s okay to ask for help” Whatever the reason, you can always ask.

We are not only faced with challenges in F3, but many are faced with challenges in our everyday lives.  F3 embodies the Brotherhood and Shield lock Mindset to help our Brothers who are dealing with challenges, many cannot face on their own. We will always be there to support one another and will never “Leave no man behind” Don’t face life on your own, we share the strength among us all.
3. With the Co-Q, we all can learn from the young and the experienced. In everyday life, we as a society, learn from each other, no matter the age or experience.

Always a pleasure to lead such a fine group of HIM’s, thank YOU for the opportunity to lead such brave and courageous souls.  Many of you inspired me this morning and motivated me to accept what life challenge God has presented before me.
