YHC arrived at 6:30 with FIFA to mark off some distances to find several PAX already sweaty and shirtless after putting in 9+ miles of EC. Strong work gents.

At 6:59 Pincher snapped YHC out of a trance and the 5 core principles were recited along with the disclaimer…..no FNGs

PAX took off on a mosey around the parking lot and circled up on the field near garden. High knees, butt kickers, shuffle and NUR were included.

PAX then jogged to start of gravel trail where YHC informed them warmups would continue with the Burpee Mile. Start with 10 burpees run 1/4 , 10 burpees, so on…. 1 mile and 40 burpees got the PAX ready for Dora the Explorer. Shout out to Tugboat and FIFA for pushing through!

PAX lined up and paired off at the edge of field for the first round of DORA. 100 merkins 200 LBC 300 Squats. While 1 PAX doing reps other PAX ran across field to fence and back

Round 2 of the DORA, Bear Crawl 123. 100 dry docks 200 flutters 300 lunges. While 1 PAX doing reps other PAX bear crawled to first soccer goal and then ran back.

Overall YHC was disappointed in the mumble chatter, I’m little rusty as it’s been a while. Maybe next time we’ll do the Burpee 5k….Chillipepper grab a cool towel and settle down…..
