Weather:  brisk when the wind blew…but the chill didn’t last long.

5:15 hit, YHC was on a pre-run and cut it close so pretty much ran into the circle, shared the disclaimer, core principles, welcomed the downrange guests (Nomad- Ft Worth and Giuliani – Oak Park IL) and continued running with a mosi that included butt kickers, nur and side shuffle x2.

Four corners, adding an exercise after each round, and adding 5 reps.

• Big Boy Situps (20)
• Squats (25)

First round was Burpees at each corner.  Second round was Burpees + Overhead Claps at each corner.  Third round…..you get the idea.  Lots of encouragement and pushing one another, and holding each other accountable for our reps.

Based on the flawless timing of YHC – most of the pax were ending right at the clock struck 6a (or pure luck).
