Weather: brisk when the wind blew…but the chill didn’t last long.
5:15 hit, YHC was on a pre-run and cut it close so pretty much ran into the circle, shared the disclaimer, core principles, welcomed the downrange guests (Nomad- Ft Worth and Giuliani – Oak Park IL) and continued running with a mosi that included butt kickers, nur and side shuffle x2.

Today’s Thang was brought to you by the letters B.O.M.B.S in escalator fashion.
Four corners, adding an exercise after each round, and adding 5 reps.
- Burpees (5)
- Overhead Claps (10)
- Mountain Climbers (15)
- Big Boy Situps (20)
- Squats (25)
First round was Burpees at each corner. Second round was Burpees + Overhead Claps at each corner. Third round…..you get the idea. Lots of encouragement and pushing one another, and holding each other accountable for our reps.
Based on the flawless timing of YHC – most of the pax were ending right at the clock struck 6a (or pure luck).

BE PRESENT!! Take the time with family and be present with the family. Seperate from phones, TV and computers. BE intentional with your time. Do not allow the phone to dictate your mood with those who love you. Challenge – TURN OFF THE NOTIFICATIONS on your devices. Don’t let them dictate your time, let those who you love dictate your attention.
Always an honor to lead this great group of men.
