Today we took up the burden of our fellow PAX members Chilipepper and Sir Wallace as they delivered on their word to perform an insane amount of Burpees for Cuba!
Mosey – We did some dynamic stretching while jogging, high knees, butt kickers, and side shuffle, before circling up for SSH, Imperial walkers, Strawberry pickers, and Michael Pheleps. We continued our mosey to the scene of the beatdown but before we arrived we karaoked and performed toy soldiers.
The Thang – Today’s thang was held at the basketball court. One the court there were 8 exercises written in caulk on the court. Each PAX was asked to work at their own pace to perform the stationed exercise until 8am. The only exception was, in between station 4 and 5 was a sign that read “Cuba 90 Miles” with an arrow pointing away from the court. After finishing station 4 but before starting station 5, the PAX had to run 90 yards to Burpee Island and perform 10 burpees. Once they completed the 10 burpees, they had to cross of their 10 and continue to station 5. Once 8am rolled around, the PAX completed 900 burpees! A very impressive feat! Exercises performed and repeated until 8am were:

- 25 LBCs
- 25 SSH
- 25 Triceps Dips
- 25 Lunges
- 25 Flutter kicks
