I’m horrible about doing these on time.  This time is no different.  Next time will likely be no better.  But one day, when I do make a backblast on time, we can all remember the strides that have been made to be an overcomer.

Here’s what I remember.

Came in hot on bike.  Talked about principles. Mozy. Michael Phelps in honor of Pincher’s birthday. Then we ran, did merkins, and prayed for Lori.  2 miles and 300 merkins by my count…and we had some cool 80’s music that caused a bit of “name that tune” to break out.

There were other things that were note-worthy, but I forget to take my Ginkgo Bilbao.  I barely remembered to write this backblast.  If you want a better backblast, here’s a link for you.
