Cat 5 could not make his scheduled Q (Mammon); YHC took the helm.

5:15 = (5) core principles + F3 Mission Statement: “Leave No Man Behind, But Leave No Man Where You Found Him”. Great to see the return of Ponzi, and also Manning (not a typical Friday Bad Clown post-er).  Ripken was cycling about, and Clutch was later seen… you guessed it – running.  Lancelot and Bubbles did a ruck.

Warm up

Slow start with Michael Phelps, agitators, Grass Hoppers (brought to you from Columbus OH), SSH, and of course 5 Moguls.  Mosey across Cattleman through the traffic circle over to the mall parking lot, with a midway stop for SSH while we waited for the 6’s.

The Thang

A simple 4 corners had been set up in the mall parking lot in front of the main entrance @ about 200’ per side.  One gallon sealed storage bags of pain had been placed at each corner, each with (4) exercises listed on a sheet of paper.  Starting @ corner #1, pax completed the first 2 exercises on the list, then run to corner #2, perform the first 2 exercises, then on to 3rd and 4th corners completing the first 2 exercises at each, then return to 1st corner.  Mode is always run.  The count of each exercise = 15, all in cadence @ 4 count.  Burpees @ 6-count.  Q to call the cadence with offers for assistance for some corners / exercises.

Upon completion of the first 4 corners, then “index” down the list and perform exercise #s 2 & 3 from each list at each of the 4 corners.  For the 3rd 4 corners, perform exercise #s 3 & 4. Etc.

Also – the now infamous cement-filled cans were available for those desiring to add a little extra to the pain, the cans stay in pax hands the entire time (exception = burpees).  Many pax chose to participate, Sir Wallace with the 40’s (of course).

Corner #3 exercises: Squats, American Hammers, Gas Pumps, Get Ups

PLAYLIST: Condenser complained about how cold he was on this 56 degree morning, so appropriately, we paid homage to our neighbors to the north (Canada) – all artists on this gloom’s playlist hail from the Great White North.  Unfortunately, couldn’t hear much because it’s really loud at the mall and the corners were far apart, so this list was kind of wasted.  Maybe it’ll be pulled out again…

SUMMARY: Only got through 3 sets of corners before we had to return to the green grass, but that did allow us to hit ALL of the exercises on all of the sheets/corners.  Warm-up was sloppy as usual, forgot to start Garmin, 2 minutes left at the end for some burpees.
