Weather: 72 and humid
Cavallino, Big Mac and YHC took on the challenge of a 4:30a post for a pre-ruck by Ripken, the scheduled Q for today. Ripken rolled into the parking lot and declared a victory by his second Covid 19 vaccine and that he was heading back out to get more recovery. The pre-ruck commenced and ended at 5:13a, rolling right into the bootcamp, now Q’ed by YHC on the fly.
Disclaimer was shared, core principles reviewed, Mission statement stated and credo reviewed…and it was time to get a mosi on.

- Windmills x10 IC
- Plank Jacks IC x10
- Mountain Climbers x10 IC
- Peter Parker x10 IC
- LBCs x10 IC

Final mosi to our Thang Spot
Up next included the pax setting up in a circle. Each pax would call out an exercise that would be completed AMRAP in 60 seconds – 10 seconds rest. The exercises were well thought out be each man, some showing their creativity, and others their hatred towards there fellow brothers. Clearly Posh has a sick addiction to all things not-burpees but closely resemble burpees. Condenser took the opportunity to share the proper plank tips shared by Bones on the COT Podcast in our Hunt for Wellness which included pinching a quarter in your…well..we won’t continue.
Last round included a speed AMRAP round of 30-seconds of exercise and no rest. Thankfully the clock struck 6a, just prior to having to hear Stagecoach call out more burpees.
