PREP:  Check Mapquest to confirm 11 light posts along a specific section of the NBP brick path. 

WEATHER: 64F. Perfect. 

5:15AM: 5 core F3 principles. Continuing with this weeks Q Source subject of candor, the pax were advised that the hard truth is that we’d all be doing 100 burpees. 

WARM UP: 1 burpee, then start mosey toward the south and cut down toward the lake with high knees, butt kickers, nur, arms up. Stop circle up for SSH, strawberry pickers, leg stretches, Michael Phelps, agitators, then merkins with a couple low plank holds and left and right arm ans leg raised.  Finish mosey to brick path intersection. 

THE THANG: there are 11 light posts to the south of the intersection before the path ends at the lake. Knowing that (100) burpees would be performed, YHC divided them up, and pax would perform 9 burpees at each lamp post, as well as (20) each LBCs, squats and OH Claps.  When all 4 exercises were complete, pax would run to the next post, repeat the same 4 exercises, etc.  After the 3rd and 7th set of exercises, pax would plank for the 6, then when everyone was in, take a short loop around the bruick path, then go to the next lamp post.  After the 11th and final lamp post, mosey to the Bing deck in the tower.
