Jog around four corners and then converted to 20 yard slow speed run including kerioke,Nur,high knees and butt kickers……. And yes, there was a coaches whistle being used!
The non fart sackers then circled up for SSH, Imperial walkers, strawberry pickers, Mikey Felps and finally Bad back Stretches
The Thang(simple but effective)
we launched the very simple 4 corner including 2 waves. Wave 1 included Merks, LBCs and air squats and Wave 2 included shoulder taps, American hammers and jump ropes. (5,10,15,20 total of 50/ exercise)
After completing 2 waves we moved on to a 7 that included BB sit-ups and Carolina Drydocks and finally w 3 minutes left we did a short Round of Mary’s.
