25 Merkins, Peter Parkers, squat jumps, mountain climbers

Station 2 field A (cone)

Tire Flip / big tire push back / pull-up bars / step ups

Station 3 field B (cone)

Bicep curls,  coupon overhead press, brick shoulder flys, bent over rows

Tugboat audible: run to playground follow obstacle course then circle up for COT
