Crisp day here in Sarasota.  Path gathered at UTC Mall for a Chilipepper lead beatdown. I introduced myself and 5 Core Principles and disclosures were shared.

Mozy!!   A few easy laps around the parking lot with High Knees, Nur, Nur butt kickers, side shuffles and Imperial Walkers..  and a surprise monkey humper around the way.

We then circled up and completed strawberry pickers, Michel Phelps and Accelerators from a cadence count of 8.   Now with our heart rates up a bit…

The thang.  Pax counted off in groups of 4.    I reviewed the workout, each PAX must complete the prescribed exercise.  Once they complete they can help another Pax in their group to complete, before the entire group moves on to the next exercise.

Looks easy enough?  The disruptor?  14 Merkins at every minute.  Then the jaws dropped.  Merkins!  Let’s go!

We completed 32 rounds, 448 Merkins when the clock struck 6:00 AM.  We then completed the additional 12 Merkins in cadence to round it off at 500!
